Thomas Frank Epps was born on July 18, 1934 in Kingstree, South Carolina and passed away on December 17, 2021 in Houston, Texas; Thomas was a loving relative and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.

Cremation will be held at a later date.
